Allergen-Friendly Cookies

When we learned that our second baby had a dairy allergy, my wife immediately cut it out of her diet in order to continue breast feeding. As a result, our access to desserts became pretty dismal. With so many dessert shops popping up all around the country, we were disappointed to learn that a strong competitor in the allergy friendly space had yet to present themselves. With years of experience as recipe developers we set out to create an allergy friendly cookie that doesn't taste like an allergy friendly cookie, and that is exactly what we did!
